Family Pictures

We had some family pictures taken out at the Overland Park Arboretum, which is sort of an outdoor botanical garden here in Kansas. We got lots of good shots of Amy and Liam, however I’m not as photogenic as they are, so I will let you enjoy the shots of them.

In theory, I’m not supposed to even post these out here, as they were professionally taken, and I’m sure I’m breaking some law somewhere by doing so. You should all have some of these coming for Christmas, so don’t download and print!

If you would like to order photos directly from the photographer, you can cut and paste the following address into your address bar:

http://www.puhakphotography.com

Click on ‘Clients’ in the lower right blue portion of the screen. When prompted for a password, enter ‘family1008’ without the quotes.

There are additional pictures of our family, as well as the rest of the Sullinger family as well.

Yeah, I know. I have a bad habit of not similing...

Halloween

I know they are late. They are about 17 days late, exactly.

Requested by many, here are some photos of Liam in his turtle Halloween costume that we took the evening of the 31st. I’m afraid there really aren’t very many good ones; however, it was the best we could do. He didn’t seem to mind the outfit too much…but he was in it a total of 20 minutes, if that, so he never got a chance to complain…

Pumpkin Patch Visit

We took Liam to the local pumpkin patch to let him play and explore and to check out all the sights and sounds. They had everything from a petting zoo to a corn maze, so he had a great time. Here are some photos of the visit:

Sleepy Eater

Here's a video of that Grandpa Sullinger took while Liam was over at their house for lunch one day. Apparently, Liam was very tired, but still could not resist the lure of his favorite food - Cheetos.

Enjoy.

Fall Pictures

The trees here are beginning to turn, so here are some early-fall pictures of Liam enjoying a leaf or two he found on the ground.

Puppy Love

As many of you have seen, Liam and Jack (our Golden Retreiver) have a great relationship. He uses Jack as a step stool (see a few posts below) and Jack gets a back massage. Liam also loves to give kisses to Jack as well, and thinks he makes a great pillow:

OK...So when do I get my permit?

Forget the tricycle.

Throw out the Big Wheel.

Let's skip the bike.

Liam is going straight to driving:

Mr. Creative

One of the places that Liam loves to play is on the couch. He likes to climb across all of the pillows that we have scattered across it and then look over the end. Perhaps he'll be a mountain climber one day (however, we think he would prefer Dentistry..ask later).

Due to obvious safety concerns, we normally dont let him on the couch to play unless someone is sitting there with him to monitor him so that he doesnt plop off of it, and hit his noggin on the floor or the coffee table. Now, he cant get up there by himself, however, recently he's shown a little creativity in establishing a new way to get up there...

The 4th of July

For the Fourth, we went over to the Olathe Medical Center for the fireworks show that is put on by the City, which they shoot off over the (not-so) Great Mall of The Great Plains. We got there early to camp out a good spot to tailgate at, and waited for the sun to set.

Liam enjoyed the fireworks, and wasn't scared at all, either by the booms or the bangs, and even squealed and clapped. He loved it.

It was a pain getting out of there, with proably close to a thousand cars trying to get out of there, but of course, he was crashed by the time we even got the car moving...
